Privacy Policy

Black Meditation Network makes guided meditations, sleep meditations, sleep stories and affirmations. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Watching our videos

We publish our videos on YouTube. When you watch, YouTube collects data under its own terms and privacy policy. We see only the summary numbers YouTube gives channel owners, such as views, watch time and comments. We do not see your personal account details.

Our website

This site points you to our channel, our social accounts and our Journal. We do not ask you to create an account. If you email us at info@blackmeditationnetwork.com, we use your email address only to reply to you.

Our YouTube upload tool

We use a private tool that connects to the Black Meditation Network YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. Only the channel owner can sign in to it. It uses the permission the owner grants to upload videos, set titles and descriptions, add thumbnails and organize playlists on our own channel.

The tool does not collect, store or share information about viewers or any other YouTube user. It is not offered to the public. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using the tool we also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can read Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use basic cookies or analytics to count visits. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only when the law requires it or when a service we use needs it to run our site, such as our website host.

AI disclosure

Our meditations use an AI voice cloned from the founder's own voice, and AI generated visuals and music. We label this on YouTube and in our descriptions.

Not medical care

Our content supports rest and wellness. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace professional care.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any message you sent us by emailing info@blackmeditationnetwork.com. You can manage YouTube data in your Google account settings.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
